They are not cancelled. Your cardholders keep using the funds loaded on their cards until their balance is exhausted. You can also terminate them yourself with
POST /cards/{code}/terminate before you leave: their remaining balance is then returned to your ops balance.Can I withdraw what remains on my ops balances?
Can I withdraw what remains on my ops balances?
Yes. Processing takes 7 to 14 days, because we first recover these funds from our issuing partners before transferring them to you. The fee is 1.5% of the amount, with a minimum of $50. Write to [email protected] to request it.
