Synchronize Identity
Aligns the identity you declared for a customer (first_name, last_name, date_of_birth) with the identity
read on the document during the KYC, then lifts the identity_mismatch restriction: the customer is active again.
Use it when a customer is restricted with restriction_reason: identity_mismatch (you are notified by the
kyc.identity_mismatch webhook). The approved KYC and the verification level are kept: no new verification is
needed and nothing is billed. A kyc.identity_synchronized webhook is sent.
No request body. The call returns a 422 when the KYC is not approved yet, or when the declared identity
already matches the verified identity.
